Winter Finance Consulting was founded in 2022 with the idea of combining conceptual advice with implementation experience. Conventional consultations are primarily geared towards either setting up the framework or taking on the technical implementation. The implementation of a well-developed concept regularly fails due to the translation of the technical requirements during the implementation project. Winter Finance Consulting specializes in bridging these two forms of advice. We develop concepts, substantiate them in a business blueprint and provide active support during the implementation project.
